When you disconnect your battery and then reconnect itagain, it disables the radio. This is an anti-theft protection for your carradio. The enable your radio the activation code is in your vehicle owner's manual. Ifyou do not have this code you need to go to your Ford servicecentre and get them to enter this code for you.

Cannot play dvd player

Most auto stereo shops will be able to put in any system you want to replace it.

If it is a detachable face radio, you can try cleaning the contacts between the headunit and the face. IF this does not fix the problem, you will need to purchase another face for the unit or have it serviced. Hope this helped.

might be cause its tilted upwards.. and the sun is glaring it.. try putting lower in your dashboard.

remove the face plate, make sure the contacts are clean then put it back on.

you remove the faceplate than the trim plate and than insert the two keys on eaither side of the headunit and than pull it out

usualy just needs to be hooked to ground, so the sanyo thinks the e-brake is on. If you want to do it the legal way, there will be a single wire pluged into the e-brake assembly, this wire will send out a ground when you pull the ebrake.
