How do i unprotect my sd card
SD (and SDHC) cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

Look at your memory card. SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.
I have the Sanyou Model
There are a few things that could have gone wrong ..The first you may have fried it ..by using a larger voltage one ..and in this case you should see what is wrong with it ..Probably a fuse on the main board if you are lucky ..
Another thing ...the batteries could be damaged from the same cause..and now they can not keep the power and need to be replaced..
Or the plug was damaged cause you forced a wrong charger into it ..and in this case ..if you plug a charged battery ..it should work ..and you will know it is something wrong with the charging route ..and see what need to be changed.,.The plug ..maybe a wire being damaged..The main idea is even if they look the same ..and have the same plug ..the chargers are not the same ...they have differen voltage and amperage..and its not a good idea to improvise ..if it is just the battery ..it will power up with the original charger..if it do not ..I think you should have it seen by a professional ..at least to give a certain diagnostic and see if it is worth repairing or not ..

Yes you are correct. Sometimes it might mean that the camera has recharging capabilities - and if you had rechargeable batteries inserted it might recharge them.
How do i upload a
If your camera came with a cable, plug it into the camera, and then into your computer. Probably a USB or Firewire cable. It may have also came with a software disk. If it did, install that. If not, use Windows Movie Maker, or just open My Computer (Computer) and go to the video camera, and copy the video onto your hard drive.
