I used to have an oil gun - like one of the old fashioned straight grease guns but for oil. It had a fine point and delivered oil at high pressure - the harder the push the greater the fluid pressure and the more force of the point against the oil nipple which provided an effective seal.

An oil-filled syringe with a short piece of flexible tube pressed over the spout might provide a solution. If the flexible tube is pressed all the way up the spout to the body and then is trimmed to be slightly proud of the spout, when pressed hard against the ball valve might provide a seal and enough fluid pressure to force the ball from the seat...

Should be on the front wheel of sander,
if handle is facing you,it should be on the right

It depends on what grit you need for the job. The lower the grit number, the coarser the grit and the more material it removes. 80 removes material fast, 180 smoothes things out and 400 is good for finish varnish.
