Samsung samtron 55v display problem
assuming that u r a professional..
i guess there is no problem with ur monitor, it sounds like itz due to graphic adapter..either the adapter on ur system main/mother board/agp/pci/pcie is damaged or itz simply 'driver corruption'..
don't panic..check for driver update/download n reinstall graphic/display driver..
however, 1st make sure that the Screen Resolution (1024x768 or as applicable) and Color Quality (32 bit or as applicable) is correct..from Display Settings->Settings tab..
always better to contact system admin/vendor....
My samsung 55v samtron monitor get wet and now it
vry critical....
however look mainly for the smps section..the fuse, bridge, ic (dp104c) & hot (c5404), high value resistances, diodes, opto-coupler ic, ntc, switching transistors n other associative transistors..open the final anode cap carefuly n thoroughly clean with a cotton dapped/soaked in iso-propyl alcohol, also clean the souldered side of the pcb(s), if necessary look for dry soulder n re-soulder them..beware u must b a professional
My monitor screen get pinkish , and its get
i gotta know if ur monitor is crt or lcd??
if lcd, Geekman's solution sounds good....
but for crt, u gotta look for dry souldering esp at the crt base..also check the resistances, good heater pin contact, the crt base therein..beware u shld b a professional !!

My crt monitor has a white ghost image to the
A ghost on your screen is usually caused by a second or reflection of the same image getting into your monitor, and the space between the real image ant the ghost is the delay in time or extra distance the second image travels before it is displayed on your screen. It is usually caused by a defective video cable or a cable longer than usual like 8 feet or more. Also is your monitor plugged into the same outlet as the computer, and is the case on your computer as all are possible reasons for your problem. Some times adding a ground wire from monitor to computer can correct problem. This can be a problem that takes some real detective work to find, and all I can do is suggest some possible causes.
