you could try cleaning the feed tires but more than likely the seperation pad needs to be replaced.

Depends what software you are using. But if you use MS Office you go to the menu top of page left, and File, Page Setup, Paper Size, then click the button Landscape. That means the printer prints it 'sideways', long edge across the top. Most word processors use a similar system.

Sounds like a paper jam check out the paper path going through machine. somewhere in there is some paper jamming a switch the cartridge is the printer head that holds the ink uinstall cartridge then reinstall . Then trace back what made it do this what happened the last time it worked. If nothing else go through the reinstallation process like you are hooking it up for the first time and that way you check all your cords make sure the paper tray is right and reload the driver and see , It is something simple one or all those things I mentioned.

If the cartridge you are installing is a refilled/remanufactured cartridge it may be that you need to indicate to the printer that it is a used cartridge and not a new one upon installation. This is because the cartridge works on a basis of counting pages and calculating page coverage to estimate how full it is. It has no way of telling that it has been refilled and can indicate to the printer that it is running low and needs replacing.This message could however be the result of something as simple as the printer not being able to recognise the cartridge. In which case I would recommend wiping the contacts on the cartridge with a piece of kitchen tissue and re-installing. if this fails to helps I would recommend replacing the ink cartridge.

I am not clear what was toner refill your printer.
Other brand I mean hp/canon.It is not supported toner for samsung.Try first time clean drum.If it not fix may be change toner cartridge.

Which particular Samsung SF printer do you have, i.e. what model number?

each printer cartridge has several pages lifetime. if the cartridge is empty if u refill it the printer starts showing non samsung. but u can still print. if not printing at all replace the cartridge with original one.
