open and click on "download"

go to samsung web page and write your printer model in the little window then download the newest drivers from the download page, you will need 1. driver for the printer, 2. driver for the scanner, 3. driver for the fax and last samsung Dr. Printer

goto www.samsung.com and use the search box at the top right and type in the exact model, the x to substitute for numbers/letters isnt helpful so type the exact model in there and it should have a page to download the drivers

uninstall your samsung scx-4521 all drivers from your PC and reinstall with a samsung OEM cd .
then presit the same pls. install the TEAMVIEWER software and send me a mail to me.

Go to Control panel>>Installed printers and delete your samsung from installed printer list.

After deleting, unplug printer cable, restart computer and reinstall the software from disk.

you can not reset this chip change it you must be buy a new one cartridge
