The comfort level of a mattress changes in each
and every person. I personally prefer the firm mattress because it makes cures my
back aches and make them go away in the morning after.
It is very important that when you go to the
store to buy a new mattress you should lay down and really exam if it is
comfortable enough for you and if it suit you right.

I personally
find the single sided mattress more commutable to sleep on.
A single sided mattress is not to be flipped
not like double sided mattress.
Flipping the single sided mattress will cause
the comfort layers to redistribute and will maximize wear.
