If the reset does not work after removing power from the dishwasher, then the next thing to try is to press the Start or Reset button to reset the dishwasher. Press for about 10 seconds.

CODES When they occur Symptom POSSIBLE CAUSES 4E Flow-meter in air-breaker don't
detect proper pulse counts in water filling period. (about 237 pulse per 1 liter) In water-fill period, it can't
detect proper flow-meter
pulse counts for 4 minute. 1. Water tap is closed or water intake is restricted.
2. Water pressure is too low.
3. Water inlet valve or Flow-meter is not working.
4. Drain-pump is not working. (Water pressure SW detect high level. so, can not fill any more water.) HE In any mode, Heater is not working. In Heater operation step,
- Do not reach to required
temp. for 60 minutes. 1. Heater or temperature sensor is breakdown.
2. Water in Tub is too low on Heater operation step.
3. Low level Protect device is not working. LE During power-on, the leakage sensor switch is kept ON for 2 seconds. (Have priority over other errors ) Floater in leakage sensor
Press the micro switch. 1. Overfilled into the dishwasher.
2. Leak from somewhere to bottom tray. tE In any mode, short/open circuit
of thermistor is detected. Short/Open circuit or break of temperature sensor.

Make sure to clean it the best you can and they have my types of cleaning products available and run one or two through depending on water type or dirty ness of machine fire this should clean for better water flow and the spay arms should distribute water better that's getting your upper and lower shelves in your dishwasher cleaner and your dishes squeaky clean

The problem on my Samsung was not the spray arm but the part it hangs from. This part is a small grey socket with a part number of POM it costs about $12 including shipping from here:

After the spray arm falls off or you remove it by pulling it down and off... take a butter knife and pry the small grey plastic clips off the left and right side of the small part the sprayer arm hangs from. You will see it may have significant wear. Just pop the new part on and clip the sprayer arm back on. The part in the above link is no. 5If the aboe link doesnt work... go to and search Holder PART NUMBER: DD61-00228A

If it stops at the beginning of the spin cycle after the tub pumps dry....its most likely the door switch.....Get a serv. person to jumper the door switch.....Its just for safety....nobody is going to stick their hand in a spinning washer..............

Error Code: PE
Reason For Error Code: Half-load error
Repair and or check: Unplug the dishwasher. Reconnect any loose wires on the distributor plate motor and microswitch. Replace the wire harness if it is damaged. If the wires are not damaged, replace the distributor motor assembly. This includes the distributor plate motor and the microswitch.
