Do you mean the actual headset that sits in the cradle?
If so, it is probably a WEP200?

Just phone the number “0” and then play through the app called “Musi” then you got it.

You may have to take it into a computer technician if you want to open it!

You can change the rechargable battery inside and see what will happen.

Go into the WIFI menu of your phone and delete the old connection to this device and then power the phone off and also the device and then power your phone back up first and then the device and then make the connection. Your phone or any WIFI device will always remember the old connection you have established and if something is changed; you tell the phone to forget that connection and power cycle both devices and start from scratch.
