Make sure the frequency of your system is still usable. The FCC has changed the spectrum used by wireless mic's and you may not be able to control intereference form other users.

Serious echo on in the speakers

Go to your local apple store, there are several types of cables and the wrong one will not work. Check if you have a reverb unit in the system that would give that effect. It cold be picking up a speaker but normally that causes feedback with a howling sound.

How to connect a samson s mix 5 channel mixer

It depends on what you are trying to connect. The XLR would be a professional type microphone, it does not have phantom so a condenser mic will not work. The other inputs should match your stereo equipment. The output goes to your amp. The Samson S-Mix is a miniature, rugged 5-channel audio mixer with 4-line inputs and a single XLR microphone input. The line inputs are comprised of two 1/4" phone and stereo RCA phono connections. Each input channel has a rotary volume control and the outputs include stereo RCA phono connectors and 1/4" TRS phone headphone output. The S-Mix is powered with an 18 volt AC adapter.

Samson SX1200 - Protect light on. No blown output transistors.

Have you checked the power supply section? Also look out for any IC's in the amp stages. They can go causing that kind of fault.

We are upgrading our church sound system and just

If I guess correct your speakers are passive. That means that they have no internal amplifier so they need to take signal from power amplifier. A way to examine that is that your speakers have no power supply input or cable (in reverse the active speakers have power supply input).
Assuming that this thought is correct you can not use your Samson SX1200 power amplifier (2 x 300 watts at 8ω and 2 x 450 watts at 4ω). You asked 2 main channels (left, right) and 2 monitor channels, so using just one stereo power amplifier is impossible for this combination. I suggest you buy 1 more stereo amplifier in order to use it for the 2 monitor channels (assuming that you use Samson for the main speakers). I don't suggest exchange Samson for one with 4 channels because in case of a problem you will have none power amplifier and you will have no sound at all. The power amplifiers also, when are using in high power levels, tends to make heat. Using 2 power amps you can manage this heat easier. I've done these thoughts assuming that all your speakers are in good condition and sound great. Otherwise we can create a new plan replacing some speakers with new ones active technology so you could avoid power amplifier channels.
These are my first thoughts about your case. I'll be glad to hear news or requests for other modifications from yours.

In case of a problem or clarification, don't hesitate to post me a reply.

I bought a 3.15A/250V- 220 V for my servo 240 and it keeps on blowin everytime i put on a new one.

Fuses blow when there's an overload. Nine times out of ten this is caused by a short-circuited device on the heatsink.

My samson microphone c01u works

That's normal. You're supposed to record a track and then play it back. In order to hear it live you would need to enable "software playthrough" in your recording software, but there will be a delay, so it probably won't be much use.

Failure to unmute

You pushed the button firmly on the front of the mic and it stays yellow and no sound? Did you try unmuting it in the computer settings? Maybe the hardware button is broken but you can still unmute it in software?

I have a samson c01u and using audacity. i set the input level in the control panel to 100 and also in audacity, but the the volume is still too low. i can barely hear my voice. what do i do?

1. Did you select Left channel only in Audacity for the track you're recording? 2. Maybe it's a defective mic. Try it on another computer/software/USB cable/USB port and if it still doesn't work get Samson to replace it.

Latency and reverb

Is the reverb caused by picking up the speaker output? You can't have a monitoring speaker feeding back into the microphone.

Why does my computer tell me my cou1 mic has malfunctioned everytime I plug it into the usb port?

Sounds like a defective mic. Test it on another computer, with another USB cable, and if it still doesn't work, call customer service and they'll send a replacement.

Whistling background noise with Samson C01U USB condenser mic

Welcome to the world of STUDIO microphones. Super quality BUT you must have a studio to use them. You can't have any local speaker playing into them. You often use headphones lest your monitor speakers will feedback. At the high frequency capability of these mics, you can fry your amps with oscillations above what you can hear!
