As one of the only repair centers in the US for the infrared saunas which originate in China, we have been repairing these control systems for more than 10 years. Based upon my experience, there could be several reasons for this. The most likely would be that the temperature sensor has either become unplugged or a mouse chewed through the wire or it has failed. If these are not the issue, it will be internal to the control pack itself and it will require a technician to evaluate and repair it. We rebuild the control packs for most manufacturers. Craig - your filter elements in your pool filter are probably ripped (one or more) allowing whatever it is filtering to come through. This could be leave particles, DE, pebbles - whatever is sucked through your filter. The filter (at the wall) is performing it's job, and stopping this from then entering your Jet Vac, and clogging it up also, worst case ruining the gears inside the Jet Vac.
