Here's one source for the ZR0039 01 paper bag and microfilter for the RO1767R1 compact canister vacuum: https://www.alza.co.uk/rowenta-zr003901-d308208.htm?catid=18850976 . This is a 6 pack of the bags. This vendor also has the Wonder Bag for this model: https://www.alza.co.uk/rowenta-compact-wb305140-wonderbag-d308211.htm?catid=18850976 . I can't find a source for the HEPA filter version (ZR0041 01).

This store has other locations. You can also find the vacuum bags here: https://www.alzashop.com/rowenta-zr003901-d308208.htm?catid=18850976 .

I hope this helps.

The iron has white flakes coming from the steam vents.

The white flakes can be caused by calcium or other minerals in the tap water. To solve this problem, switch to bottled spring water. Once the water is changed it may take several uses before your iron adjusts to the new mixture and the issue is corrected.

In case of a problem or clarification or my solution was insufficient, don't hesitate to post me a reply.

If you are satisfied, rate my solution with the "thumbs" or (even better) add a testimonial.

No charge for my answer, but you can contact an Expert on this type of appliances and discuss it further.

hi.

the white stuff is a mineral deposit from using hard water.
any proprietary descaling solution should remove this.
if you then use any of the scented ironing waters available from the supermarket, the scale will not return.

I wouldn't recommend the CLR. My suggestion is to run a cycle using white vinegar, the accepted standby for removing sediment and deposits in small and major appliances. I hope this helps. If it does, please rate my solution. Good luck!
