Hello Avril McGowan,
Welcome!!
Sending here... (FIXYA is cyber-volunteer self-help group
(while I'd do it in a hot second... The
SAN FRANCICO area
might be more costly than you would imagine))... USA.
It is well within the scope of a
local APPLIANCE service...
I tried to look (your cord) PARTS/
SPARES up... but as soon as I saw
UK ... I realized I needed a
MODEL NUMBER to properly
encourage you to DIY (Do It YOURSELF).
Philips+Twist+Blender+spares+(your model number)
I've always considered POWER CORDS to be a
critical SAFETY ISSUE... So I applaud your effort to get it fixed...
But if you don't mind saving money... can take a couple of pictures and MAYBE BUY or BORROW a circuit tester (example below)...
I've been changing cords since I was a wee child
((early middle of the last century)).
If you can EXACTLY track which plug prong goes EXACTLY with what wire inside... It is the ULTIMATE in re-cycling...
ELSE look up appliance REPAIR SHOP in your local area...
and thanks for your question: I hope my answer
was at least encouraging.
Best regards!!
