Do you see any dull image on the screen ?
If yes the inverter Card/Backlight of the screen is having problem.

The only real solution to finding the drivers for these generic devices is to figure out, somehow, what chipset they're using, then find driver's for that. Other than that, unless you have the disk, there's not a lot you can do.

The RCAD-11003 is a hot plug and play device which is supported by windows 8 natively. It WILL work on windows 8.

What the heck is a rosewill? You need to go to the manufacturers website for updated drivers, and was a windows 8 driver written for your device? if not your out of luck.

Try reinstalling the drivers. Get an external powered usb hub and plug the adapter in to the hub. Get a cable to move the adapter away from your computer. Turn off all phones near your network adapter. RNX N1MAC
