I am not making fun of you when i say this.This is how inventions happen and if you and your friends can come up with an invention so this machine will go around smelly stuff then you will be a millionaire. This is how good things happen. This could happen some day.

Support won't help you with this. They maximally try to ignore such questions since it raises the thought the robotic vacuums aren't working. You can find a solution here: Roomba 650 and 770 and don't about your Roomba being a different model. They all work the same.

Is the charging ase turned on and is the dust container emptied? Any obstructions?

it seems as if the robotic cleaner is having a problem sensing where it is or failing to notice where its charging station is try cleaning any optical/IR sensors and it maybe able to see once again where its charging dock is
