Nobody can even give you an estimate sight unseen, and even then what you sell it for depends on many other factors. Do a Google search for your bike and see what it's sold for before, where they are being advertised, etc. Alternatively search for vintage and antique bike forums for assistance.

Check the date on the Sturmey Archer hub. The bike would have been manufactured within about a year after that. Exact date is not important.

Manuals are generic, mostly just have safety info, so of very little use. Any manual for a bike with similar equipment is fine.

The brand of the bike is on the head tube (where the fork goes through the frame). The model is printed on the side of the frame. If those are missing the bike is likely stolen, or possibly just poorly repainted. It's not important what the brand or model is for repairs or value.

sorry serial numbers are useless unless manufacturer is known If you take it to a good bike shop, they may be able to identify the manufacturer from the joiners used in the frame and the style of the design of the bike
