How to replace the 3.5mm plug from Rode Videomic, it's giving false contact and have to move the plug constantly to get it to work, or replace the whole cable would be better?

First of all, are you sure it is actually the plug ? Could it be the socket into which it is inserted ? Replacing the cable in its entirety would seem the better option, at least to begin with.

Rode Nt1a Beep Sound

Does the background sound get louder or fainter when you change the mic gain on your mixer? If it depends on your XLR cable, it may be radio interference, and you need to make sure you use top quality shielded cable, and that you're wired "balanced".

The cage of the mic is coming apart i believe it
