My robot coupe cls50 isn't grating cabbage , I have changed the disc thinking that the old one was worn out and still no luck . The cabbage becomes 'thready' and stuffs up the disc before coming out

You will need to find a "small appliance repair shop" in your area, most likely the main PCB has failed, it controls the motor. Check the yellow pages.
