Using CD Designer I try
Check the ribbons. If your CD image is still on the color ribbon your print head is probably bad. If the image is on the transfer ribbon replace the heat roller.

This means the loading mechanism which is inside the printer is no longer stable. If the loading tray which takes the disc into the unit is shaking or not properly set the problems which you are facing are bound to come about. To sort this problem get the disc tray serviced by a qualified expert who would take a look at the tray control mechanism. The mechanism is what holds the tray in place. If this mechanism is not in its proper functioning capacity due to some discrepancies then the tray malfunctions by either ejecting the disc when printing is ongoing or if the disc is not held properly the tray refuses to align and therefore the sensor would not recognise the disc to be printed on when it prints half and refuses to print again this is usually because the tray loses allignment halfway through printing.
Just get the tray services and cleaned the properly aligned and tightened to avoid shaking.

This is usually caused by warped media and should give you an error code. Please check to make sure your media is flat and not bending in the middle.
