The Production Server sees the printer but not the burners. It assigns one of the burners as a manual option but neither one of them to the 2000i. Help??

Unable to get system manager-Autoloader to ID the media discs. Doesn't show any option for media type. Only sees 120mm standard.
If the autoloader is in ready state, reboot the PC. Check if system manager displays the autoloader drives and printer. Check the firewire cable. It's easy to plug it in backwards. The firewire card can get damaged if it was plugged in backwards.
