Hi, what makes it when disconnected to ear piece. When ear piece is not in my ear, you can not hear the phone ring is because the ringer of the phone that makes you know when there is an incoming call on your cell phone or a message alert tone on your cell phone is damaged and does not work and makes sound to notify you .

The ringer is a tiny speaker inside the cell phone that allows you to hear incoming call from your cell phone You will need to replace the ringer inside the cell phone ....

When you replace with another ringer (speaker inside the cell phone),phone will be Ok again.

Would advice that you contact an expert in phone repairs for asistance,that will do you good to prevent more damaged on the phone...

I agree, I don't want them either. I get them everyday and they're a pain, and it doesn't tell you how to unsubscribe - I thought they had to by law these days?!

If you are trying to get wifi, then you need to go into the settings and tell it to search. Then you need to enter the wifi password etc. If you have data through your carrier, then you need to call customer service to get this rectified.

Hi I always ask for more details in these situations. The first thing you should do is take the battery out and do a soft reset of the phone. Don't do a hard reset it will erase all your data. I always recommend you go to blackberry.com and see if you can download the blackberry desktop. This will save your information. It can be reloaded back on to your blackberry. Usually when you activate a new sim it voids out the old one. But I would call customer support and make sure.
