I searched the internet using and could not locate that model 965. There were some make mirrors with RV-965 that may be what you are looking for, but I did not see a manual online.

Consider contacting Revlon on their web site for assistance.

No, throw them away they are useless! I just bought a pair and they are rubbish. Buy a good pair of clippers and a pair of Wilkinson Sword nail scissors.

No. Discard them when dull and purchase new.

Being a mere male (with grey hair) I am not an expert but I read the product description;

"This Revlon 3D Color Technology, with a combination of specially blended dyes, conditioners and polymers, delivers natural looking, multi-tonal color from root to tip, not only boosting your hair color but also adding definition and dimensionality. The result: completely transformed, natural looking, multifaceted color and shine."

I take that to mean the product is a colour booster rather than a hair dye - in other words your hair would need to be approximately that colour to begin with.
My limited knowledge might be out of date but I always believed if a person wanted hair of a lighter colour it would have to be bleached and not dyed.

There should be a reset on plugin. May have accidentally been pushed off.

Hello, Bill -

In trying to find the right address for you to send your Revlon brand scissors for sharpening, I found some posts about Revlon implements on this website:

The posts were all about sharpening for Revlon brand tools, including scissors.

One post dated 21 Mar 2016 states:
Thanks to a 2013 post on this review site, I finally found the updated address for the Revlon Implement Service Dept. and mailed off my cuticle nippers for sharpening (after maybe 30 years of great service). Just ten days later, I received a brand new pair from Revlon with a note explaining that they no longer offer repairs or service but do of course honor the lifetime warranty by full replacement at no charge. The letter offered that if you ever need to return a beauty tool you can send them to the following address: Revlon Consumer Information Center, Lifetime Guarantee, P.O. Box 6113, Oxford, NC 27565.
[End quote]

So, it appears Revlon no longer offers sharpening of their beauty implements. Period.

I suggest you make sure about that. This is the link to the Revlon Contact Us page:
There you will see a toll free phone number you can call as well as a form you can fill out to send an email message.

Best wishes.

Hello, V. Adams -

Apparently some Revlon brand items are licensed to Helen of Troy, L.P., to sell. Is your Revlon Moisturestay Paraffin Bath model RVSP3501? If so, this is the link to the use instructions (PDF document, meaning you will need Adobe Reader software - free - to download, save it to your Documents folder, and print it for easy reference):

Note: After you download the instructionsl save it to a file in your Documents folder using a file name you can find again easily. I suggest: Revlon Moisturestay Paraffin Bath.

The instructions include warranty information which includes a US phone number and a Canadian one for contacting the company. This is email address you can use to contact the company (Helen of Troy) about their Revlon products:
[email protected]

Since you posted your question a little over a year ago, you may already have sent the paraffin bath to electronics recycling. I chose to provide this information in hopes it would help others.

Best wishes.

Hello, Katie -

I hope you have the instructions / user's manual for the spa and the sales or gift receipt for it. Since the spa is new, I would expect it to be covered by warranty. I would check the instructions / user's manual to see what it states about the spa not working and returning it.

Interestingly enough, I went to the Revlon website,
to try to find information on the paraffin wax spa, but nothing even close to it is listed as a Revlon product.

This is the link to the Revlon Contact Us page:
You can fill in the form there to send an email about the spa to Revlon.

I suspect Revlon stopped making paraffin wax spas some time ago. Do you recall where you purchased the spa, or, if it was a gift, where it was purchased? If it was a gift, can you contact the person who gave it to you and find out where it was purchased and provide you with a purchase receipt or offer to return the spa for a refund?

If you cannot obtain any redress from the business from which the spa was purchased, you may just be out of luck and have to send the machine to electronics recycling.

Best wishes.
