My blackberry z10 wont turn but red light flashes
I'm not an expert on phones, but it sounds to me like that is the low battery light that is flashing, so I must ask, have you charged it recently? if not, try that and then after a few hours try turning it back on.
I hate to sound stupid, but a lot of phones will flash a red light if the battery is too low for it to turn on. so it is worth mentioning.
After security wipe its just showing device connected to a pc
Try to use the apploader to do a restore. Connect the device without the battery being inserted. Do a quick search on where the apploader probgram is located on your hard drive. If all all else fails, you might need anew logic board. You should always try to replace a broken part yourself first. search model name plus "repair guide" on any search engine.They will show details about about part replacement etc. in detail. There are other websites that sell all the replacement parts, one of the bigger ones is http://portatronics.com (646) 797 2838. Then for the repair itself you can venture to do it yourself, or better ask a friend who has done a similar repair before.
Password reset
Go to http://appworld.blackberry.com/ and select login. From there, select "forgot password". This assumes you remember the email address you registered.

Not too much you can do except reset the device to factory defaults and reset up your email, contacts, etc. You should be able to continue to enter in passwords until a point that it will "wipe" device. From there, you can reconfigure your device.
