This sounds like a dirty or sticky pinch roller - use a commercial cassette head cleaner - or ear but with a alcohol cleaner -

If the capston is not rolling the cassette forward this my be due to a broken belt - or may have just jumped off - power down the product and disconnet from the mains - then open it up - normaly the front come away undo the mounting screws from around the cassette mechanism normaly around 4 and carefuly look at the back there should normaly be 2 rubber band one to the capston and 1 to the pich roller the belt that may be broken is the smaller of the too. most cassette deck use the same size belt

I don't know much about these things but I am guessing the tv doesn't have an in-built cable decoder and a suitable set-top decoder will be needed as an interface.

Does it happen on normal TV broadcast or just over HDMI?
I'd try another HDMI first, personally. Test all ports with a known good cable as a first test.

If you boot with the RD2780 plugged into the USB, Vista will recognize it.

If the file is missing, it is difficult to recover. Go to RCA's website, and try updating the firmware.

This could be a lot of things. IT could be a switch connection or a chip that has failed, could be a solder connection that is bad. Without proper equipment to send a signal into the unit and trace it, you may not be able to find the problem.

I haven't seen the exceeded usable memory message on mine, but I am familiar with Pearls not coming back on.

First, perform a reset buy removing the battery for at least 10s. Sometimes mine just shows the plain pearl logo (not the moving one) and then shuts off. Removing the battery for a while and then putting it back in always fixes it so that it shows the plain pearl logo for few seconds then displays the animated logo and starts normally.

If this fix doesn't work for you, then the firmware inside the Pearl is most likely corrupted, and can be easily fixed by running this software from the RCA website and following these steps:

  1. start the program,
  2. remove the battery from the TH1102 & wait at least 10 secs,
  3. hold the play button while plugging into usb,
  4. release the play button the the term "initalizing" replaces "searching",
  5. click the start button to replace the firmware.
Hope that helps.

Use a cell phone camera to check the remote control. Point the camera at the remote and try the buttons on the remote and look for a flash of purple light on the camera display. The remote might have some bad pads on the membrane switch. On the set unit buttons, the issue could be the soft pads on the inside of the switch, they use a carbon impregnated pad and it is either dirty or worn out.

My roku stick remote broke and I want to program my universal remote RCA rcrps06gr to program roku can I program it

Don't worry mine's a piece of **** too. When I have that problem I just unplug it and plug it back in a few times and eventually it will turn on by itself when you plug it in. And by then the remote usually starts working. If not then I suggest pushing down on your battery while holding the remote pointed STRAIGHT AT the box. That usually does the trick even though its a HUGE pain in the ***.

That does not appear to be the correct number that you typed. Using the photo I got the correct model number, The issue appears to be the power supply board. The usual suppliers that I recommend dont have it in stock. There are some on EBAY though. They are about 50 dollars. As always without actually testing the unit with the proper gear, it is hard to say what the issue is.
