They selling refurbished watches! Be careful!I got problem with Watchmaxx also,the watch was clearly refurbished!Costumer service is not helping at all. My 3000$ watch had scratches and dust leftover from buffing!!!!!!!

I understood this is a metal belt watch ..and if you look on the side that covers the other it has a little hook under..that actually is pressed over the other part when fold and keep them together..That little hook need to be adjusted just a little towards inside so that will have a better grip ..Be careful cause if you apply too much force on it is easy to break of ..Just get a handle of a screwdriver..and push it gentle from the side it is ..to the side the hook is bent to .. Im talking about a very slight push ..cause if ti is bent to hard it will not slide over the other side to close..

Having read the limited instructions for this watch, it does not seem as though there are many options available!

If you haven't already done so, try pressing A again.

If nothing happens, press B

It could be that the watch has simply stopped because it needs re-winding (it depends on how long it had been running when you got it.

To wind the watch swing it gently from side to side for a few minutes. ( some makers say swing it 200-300 times!).

I have a RW one too and to be honest given what I paid for it, I thought it best to take it to a jeweller/ watch repair specialist; peace of mind in case I damaged it myself.
