How do I get a refund from a McAfee installation that I paid $200 dollars that I no longer want?
You would have to contact Toshiba Customer Service, since they are the ones who sold you the package. I would not expect much however, since software purchases usually are considered final unless there is a defect in the product. You would need to know what the sale conditions were to determine what your legal options are. As a rule, purchasing ANY kind of "support package" is normally just a boondoggle for the seller, as the user rarely makes use of all the advertised features and then they get to pocket the money and walk. And while I occasionally hear of someone singing McAfee's praises, my experience with them is that they have a satisfactory product as far as what is is advertised to do is concerned, but in general, my biggest beef with their product is that it is large, bulky, and uses up too many resources and too much processor time.
