I just bought a crib like this one at a garage sale because it was in such good condition. The paper on the bottom of the crib was still intact and was complete including assembly instructions. Here is the information that came with this crib. Hope this helps you.

You can't get parts from the manufacturer anymore but you can buy the exact same screws and non-wood parts at Lowe's or Home Depot. They will be listed on the instructions. The instructions should be glued to the mattress support. If the sheet is destroyed, I can take a pic of mine when I get my husband to pull it out of the garage.

if still needed, ask the crib manual search engine, they will get it within hours. I just got my JC Penney manual there.

The Bright Future crib model 343-3810 has not been recalled. You can verify this information at www.cpsc.gov and seach for that model number.

Get in touch with the manufacturer and ask them. I'm sure they'll be able to help you. Make sure to jot down the serial number that is on the crib as they will most likely ask for it.

Hello. The product you have has been completely sold out for months, and there is no source for parts from that manufacturer. That said, take one of the remaining brackets to the hardware store and see if they can match it for you.
