Have the ps2 cable pluged into your tv from your computer. On the remote press the input button then slide through the screen until you get to the pc setting hit enter on the remote then follow the screen on the computer and tv. Terry

The problem is not your monitor, but the video card on your computer that it doesn't work on. If the video output on your computer is built in, residing near your keyboard / mouse ports, you can purchase another video card to put into your computer and connect your monitor up to that instead. If it attaches to a separate card inside your computer, just replace it. There are three kinds you can get, AGP, PCI, or PCIe. Make sure you get one that will fit inside your computer.

Most probably a faulty LCD panel. Time to upgrade to a newer monitor, as a replacement panel will set you back as much as a new monitor by the time it's installed... :o(

Almost all desktop computers, tvs, and monitors share the same size power cable these days. Most any flea market or used store or electronics supply, or Future Shop, Best Buy, Tiger Direct, NewEgg or computer store etc will have one.

Type in the model number or serial number on the back of the power brick into Google and you should get an Amazon page.

What buttons? Unhook it from the computer and try them?
