Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary. Before going further; try a hard reset first. If it does not help you, replace the main digital board. There are two methods to reset TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight is better. This procedure will make it a hard reset. If you want to make it a system reset [Factory Reset]; you have to enter its service mode option, and select the factory reset option. If you wish to get some details; visit the site linked here.

I found this on the PROSCAN website under customer support manuals. The website is www.oncorpus.com.I hope this information helps you with your problem. IMPORTANT THE LABEL SIDE OF THE DVD MUST FACE THE BACK SIDE OF THE TELEVISION 1. Press the ‘INPUT’ button to select ‘DVD’ mode, if no disc is inserted yet, the display shows ‘No Disc’.
2.Insert a DVD with the printed side facing towards the rear of the TV/DVD Player (see below)
3.The TV will first display ‘Loading’, then change to ‘DVD-video’. Most DVDs will show some preliminary
information then stop at a main menu screen.
4. Press PLAY/PAUSE to play it directly. Or press the DVD-MENU button to access the disc menu during
playback.
5.Use the direction button on the remote control to select the desired option. Press ENTER to select the
option or press the ► button. Playback will now commence.
6.After playback, press the EJECT button on remote control or EJECT button on TV/DVD to remove the
disc.
Note: No function‘’ will sometimes appear on the screen after a button is pressed. This indicates that the
function is not supported at the current time.

Fault with the control voltage at its amp section. May be a system control IC fault too. Contact any service tech: to make it confirm, and to get repaired. This is not an easy repair work to do for a customer. Search the sites by type in the brand name to your device in its search box at the top right part of the display window. It will help you to find the document easily. http://remotesearch.blogspot.com/ http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ http://electrohelponline.blogspot.com/

Most likely it's the power supply board that went out. (part of it still works is why you get the blue LED when you plug it in.)If you decide to try to fix it yourself, BE CAREFUL! The power supply board has capacitors that can hold high voltages for many hours after the TV's been unplugged. The equivalent of sticking your finger in a light socket. You'll need the part number off the power supply to get a replacement.

After turning off the power, disconnect everything from the power outlets or surge protector. Wait for several minutes while all residual power exits the system. Return all the devices to power and turn everything back on. Check the television to determine whether it works properly
