You must LUBE the roller bearing front and back with WD-40 very well. .
2) Examine the drive belt motor, if are very tight, must be deflection 1/8" other wise the ball bearing of motor are very tight.Tight very well the bolt of motor.
3) Run again, if the problem persist, the Rollers are Faulty. Replace.

ok measure the 8-12Vdc coming from Controller Board Motor, 2) Tight very well the connector coming from C.B.Motor up the console and clean with electronic cleaner contats. 3) Clean the magnet switch very well. 4) If after this the problem persist TIME to replace the complete Console LCD, The power supply, CPU, fail.

Some elevation motor has 3 things:
1) Capacitor test it.
2) Limit switch for up and down,
3) Relais for up and down.
You must test it before to replace the complete elevation motor.
4) See if there are 110Vac to the terminal of the motor, if there are the motor is Faulty, If not test the 3 steps mentioned before.

Test the 8-12Vdc coming from the Controller board motor.
Thsi board has 3 power supply: 1) Console Board 2) Elevation Motor 3) Main Motor.
Some IGTBs is faulty, replace or replace.
However you must test the connector coming from Controller B. Motor to the up where the console is there , tight and clean very well. Is there 8-12 Vdc, and the console is NOT running replalce the Console, after checking. is there are NOT the controller board is faulty, replace.

Live testing of treadmill controller board motor and display
1) Please LUBE very well the deck belt, with Silicone.
2) Test the thermo switch inside of motor, for overheating.
3) Test with Battery 12 Vdc fro Motor Cycle, for to see if the motor is o.k
4) If everything is o.k the Controller Board Motor is Faulty, the IGTBs is faulty. Replace.
5) See if the walking belt when you lift with his finger has 2-3" otherwise fit with allen screw rear, see the instruction manual how to do it.

Please LUBE very well the Walking Belt.
2) Inspect the drive belt motor, if is loose, Retight.
3) See if there loose wires for MOTOR.and retight.
4) The walking belt LIFT wiht your finger must be 2-3"
otherwise Readjust with the allen screw rear.

How To Lubricate Treadmill
You must use the Key for started. Or you can use any magnet like the use in the Refrigerator for to put some Paper or similar as Remember you.

Open the cover where the main motor is there
Tight the connector for Incline motor, and clean it with special contact cleaner for electronic.
2) See if there are wires loose,
3) Measure the 110 vac for forward and backward,
4) If there are , measure the l. switch or Capacitor for faulty and replace.
5) If there nOT 110VAC in forward or backward, replace the controller board motor.
6) If there are 110VAC, replace the Incline motor.

Normailly there are 2 system:
1) Manual, see the belt if there are defective,try to put a Little LUBE it,since has a LOT of mechanical stress. Replace it if Necessary.
2) The small motor in the system, can be faulty or broken, replace it.However test the batteries if the system have, clean the contacts batterys, with special liquid clean contacts cleaner, and tight very well the connector, and clean too.
