How Can I Fix Pramac 12k Battery Charger Failure Alarm
If your Pramac 12k battery charger is displaying a failure alarm, there could be a few possible causes:
- Check the voltage level of the battery: Make sure that the battery is at the correct voltage level and that it is properly connected to the charger.
- Check the charger connections: Make sure that the charger is properly connected to the power source and that the connections are not loose or damaged.
- Check the charger's fuse: Make sure that the charger's fuse is not blown.
- Check the charger's cooling system: Make sure that the charger's cooling system is working properly and that it is not blocked or damaged.

Pramac generator no power
Based on the information provided, it seems that the generator is producing voltage but not delivering it to the connected devices. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Check the circuit breakers: Make sure the circuit breakers on the generator are not tripped. If they are, reset them and try again.
- Check the connections: Ensure that all the connections between the generator and the devices you are trying to power are secure and not loose.
- Check the voltage regulator: The voltage regulator controls the output voltage of the generator. If it is faulty, it may not be allowing voltage to pass through to the connected devices. You may need to have it tested or replaced.
- Check the automatic voltage regulator (AVR): If your generator has an AVR, it may be malfunctioning and preventing power from reaching the connected devices.
- Check the capacitor: While a visual inspection may not always be enough to detect a faulty capacitor, it is worth checking it with a capacitor tester to make sure it is functioning properly.
- Check the wiring: Inspect the wiring for any signs of damage, such as frayed or broken wires. If you find any, you will need to repair or replace the affected wires.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to consult with a qualified technician to diagnose and fix the problem.

Its 230kvaperkins generator it starts normally, but
Low frequency means the RPM of the motor has fallen off.
Check your fuel is NOT contaminated or fuel filters plugged.
Further tests should focus on the govenor system. Possibly it fails when engine gets hot. the frequency is directly proportional to the engine speed.
I require the valve clearance gap for a pramac p6000s diesel generator
If you need data of valve clearance gap of the diesel generator, you can check on the operation and maintenance manual. If still can not find, try to ask your supplier whom supplies the diesel generator to you.
If you need to have a generator set in future, please refer to www.dieselgeneratortech.com.

Pramac px 5000 generator gets hot cuts out?
The air duct is blocked by dust and the ventilation is poor, which makes the heat dissipation of the generator difficult. The dust and oil dirt in the air duct shall be removed to make the air duct unobstructed.

The gent set is Perkins 135 KVA after overhauled
Check the fuel solenoid is getting power. It may be locked out by loow lube oil pressure and other things.
ALSO when restarting a diesel one OFTEN must "bleed" the fuel lines at each injector... same as when one inadvertently runs a diesel out of fuel. Crack the connectors at the injectors and crank till fuel comes out and tighten each one. Yes, it is a pain...
Genset does not start ,
what safety caused the alarm.
if you cant restart it, it may be cause the problem that originally shut the engine down has not been
fixed, it could be water level, low oil, high water temp, low fuel, over voltage,
all of the above are probably run through the safeties.
over volt, and water temp would probably clear its self after it sat a while.
try turning off power to panel. for a couple minutes and see if it will reset, if not check water level.
and oil levels
500kva 380 volt diesel generetor
make sure gen isnt stopt on protection
overtemperature or oil level or coolant level.
try to bridge protections one by one to find the course.
first make sure all fluids are on level and coolers are clean.
fanbelt tension and coolantthermostat can also be wrong.
