The large, easy to use console gives you all the critical feedback from calories, to time, to distance, along with an assortment of energizing programs to keep you working out day after day. The console also includes speakers and an audio jack for you to plug-in your choice of MP3 player or cell phone for entertainment and a fan to keep you comfortable and cool. (omg a fan)
and
The SB4.5r fitness bike is supplied with an external power supply. When power is connected to the fitness bike, the console will automatically power up. If there is no input to the console for 30 minutes, the console will go to stand-by mode to save energy. To turn the console on press any key
page 11 in your manual states that.

you must be in India, calling a PC a CPU, sure, but why?
no PC stated. personal computers are not CPU's
no OS stated, but is HW question so above is best.
my wild guessing hat is on, and Carnak sees you now, and sees the case open and sees you gendering at the motherboard, silk screen words on said mobo and the mobo has 2 power jacks there. as all modern PCs have desktop ,
1 x 4+4-Pin ATX/12v- This is the one that connects to the CPU power header (JPWR2). Yes. Connect both parts, 4X4.

yes this must connect to the ATX spec v2.2 or newer PSU power cable named the same,. do not use EPS cable.
if this cable is dead or not connected the CPU VRM regulators go dead, and PC is now dead, mine has 12vdc on those 2 yellow wires, if not the PC will be dead, for sure, bank on that.
learn to test the PSU first, and the correct one.

this is ME.a

how to test a PSU is here

Hi Barry, sorry to hear about your problem. Can I ask that you provide much more, detailed information about your computing device, what is attached to it, i.e. mouse, heyboard, printer, etc. When you power up you get nothing, what is the machine's spec please. Is there any sign of power getting to it at all, please adde as much detail as possible and resubmit your query. This will give a far higher chance of somebody being able to assist you. Thanks

http://www.fixya.com/motorcycles/t22870448-battery_not_charging_amicroe_ami_tt4

The mains charger for the Amicroe 10" Tablet is prone to failure. It is because of faulty manufacture of the DC power plug that inserts into the tablet (on the end of the charger output cable). I have dismantled the moulded plug and found that one of the internal lugs become open circuit during flexing of the plug. I have had 3 of these chargers fail within 12months of tablet purchase. Amicroe Australia will replace them under warranty. I suspect that the genuine replacement chargers have the same manufacturing fault.

WHAT IS IT, MUST I guess ?
HP W2207h "monitor" 2006 built, 13 years old today.
does it fail on 2 PCs, or just one, what a simple easy test no>?
and IT has those junky CCFL lamps inside, that most are now dim dead this old. (it is hopeless to own this monitor this old) sorry
buy 2010 models and newer only with LED back lamps!!
ok, google tells me it is and HP monitor (old)
if the PC is dead or in sleep mode /hibernation or hybrid speed
all monitors do that, the monitor is just a slave of the PC
if the PC is dead the monitor goes to sleep on all modern PCs.
that way it doesnt burn up the screen, ok?

next up is the monitors OSD menu button on monitor front.
this old monitor has its own sleep timer inside the monitors
used for year 2001 PC that did not sleep then.
so was inside this silly old monitor so turn it off.
RTM here is your manual read page.32

https://www.manualslib.com/manual/71492/Hp-W1707.html?page=32&term=timer

if the monitor sleeps on 2 PCs turn off the timer
if dims out and a flash light shows, data the CCFL tubes are SHORT. (bad)
if the monitor is dead/dim/sleeping only on ONE PC then the PC is dead. a whole other topic and far more complex but we can do that,
here is question 1; of 20
do the fans blow air in the PC>? heard, felt seen?

Since you won't tell anyone what the power button controls (some computer, like a laptop?), no one can help on how to open some "panrl". Give details.

Normally (as if there was such a thing) if the speakers were supplied with an adapter, use that an forget the batteries.
If these are USB speakers, do you have them plugged into a USB port on your COMPUTER (not a hub).

I am assuming (which I shouldn't do) that you are using Windows 3.1, and up 7-8-10 make sure you have the correct drivers installed. most of the new versions will automatically find the drivers and install them.

IF you are using a 3.5 MM plug, are you plugging it in to the correct 3.5 MM female plug. Match the male end color with the female color. All of the ones I have used this is green

I can go into more detail if I know the brand of speakers, the version of Windows, and the name of the computer.

Let me know and we can work together on this one.

The model you have listed is the model of a wireless mouse RECEIVER. Are you sure the object you're using is actually a mouse?

The model 1013 is used to receive the wireless signal from a mouse but is itself not a mouse.
