Check the silly obvious stuff first! It could be in standby/sleep mode! Tap the shift or CTRL key and see it comes to life. Is it plugged in to charge? Some laptops use the power light to tell you it's charging. Is it fully unfolded? It goes to the standby screen once you close it past half way.
If it still stays black it might be worth getting it looked at by a repair shop.

check the cable coming from the power supply. If it is connected, you may need a new one or motherboard

What does a power adapter do?
An AC adapter, AC/DC adapter, or AC/DC converter is a type of external power supply, often enclosed in a case similar to an AC plug. ... AC adapters are used with electrical devices that require power but do not contain internal components to derive the required voltage and power from mains power.
OR
power adapter. A power supply for electronic devices. Also called an "AC adapter" or "charger," power adapters plug into a wall outlet and convert AC to a single DC voltage. Computers use multiple DC voltages, and the power adapter is the external part of the power supply for a laptop.

It sounds like it is either the video driver, or a cable issue. Try changing the cable first.

Did you disconnect the actual it andpower at the source, and wait. Then reconnect the power, this should reset it, and let you start out new.

Interior USB 2.0 FDD/card reader? (inside part of PC)
NO PC told at all, why post lacking what is there told.

my wild wild guess is this PC came new with the
FDD/ SD card reader, like seen on some older DELL' PC.

all that every bit of that can be had and plugged into any USB port.(rear)
what part of this built in thing do you need.?
floppy, surely not that !
the CARD readers, no one uses those right? old card are not used. SD card memory>? that? nah, but USB readers of any kind you need are dirt cheap.
last is USB ports, that is called the I/O panel at dell
and works if plugged into the right mobo pins set, jacks
if not forget it and buy a power USB hub.

really sad is no PC told at all, why do that?

and last gee all DELLS if dell or HP all have used i/o ports sold on ebay cheap, if must have there it be.
for sure or SOON/.

what I do is look, there are vast types of screw heads now.
near endless. Philips head, hex and Torx are common.
and will be metric. for hex.
I just looked at yours for sale, new
has no screws at all and GLUED shut, so that you get a 350volt shock, electrocuted, the protect you from your self,
all power packs ive ever seen are just like that and for the same reasons, (and avoid the lawsuit back to them, dig?)

why not just buy a new one and end all this pain , labor, danger.?
why not?? like 99.999% of most folks do.

its bad and needs service,
most of this consumer stuff is throw-away.

no model state nor URL to a store selling it, either\

is this it (first google hit)

https://www.powerairfryer.com/

why not talk to them, after I bet there are no service manuals on it..
its toy grade at $40 so any repair is like 2 time that.
throw away if the words in the users manual can not solve the problem.
it has power problem or got wet inside, and wet is danger of shock.

makers page shows
End of Service Life ok I read your manual and that jack #13 DIN is not document
and is unique to each system systems made, NO STANDARDS.

my guess your 5500 is dead or fails in some way,not told that.
they do not publish schematics, call them and ask , and hear NO.

Boss BV 6656B radio read the manual first. no really
and look for batteries inside that are dead first. always this FIRST.
a car radio RIGHT, posted to computers, and is NOT.
the Radio will have 2 power sources, most times.
1: ignition on.. ACC.
2: memory. (this must go to the car battery , hot full time wire in harness)and fused
if not wired right this will fail.
boy finding the install manual is a pain on this BOSS, users manual is useless, for that.. zero facts there but click rules..

what does Grill system mean,? google shows Zero hits. why use that word, dash? mounted, you mean?
it has a remote so remove its battery if they are weak
any remote on earth can go NUTS, (low battery worse of all)

ok you can remove all power to the car radio, all wires, power.
then wait overnite and try it then. (a level 1 reset on any thing electronic if batteries inside those out too)
most car radios have no battery, but BOSS id never guess.

the power button on the RAD has long press mode. use that?
>3sec long. it states.
the yellow wire is memory wire, remove that to reset radio.
red wire is ACC./IGN on wire main power remove both to reset radio.
I think i covered all ways to fix this problem..
remove power
replaced remote batteries first. as is the case always, first.

so you post inverters to computers, why? is this a UPS, I have one, in fact serviced 100s of them and models.
time delay,? elaborate that fully, and more clearly.

my wild guess is you meant if AC power in the hood fails
the load on UPS goes dead, with it.
that means the inverter failed, and that means 99% of the time the battery is no good.
lost the manual on your UPS that it? or the service manual.
there are 2 classes of UPS, full time and part time
on part time it must switch over fast , in say blink of eye fast. 0.01 sec.
on full time inverter runs FULL time and no switch delay at all.
Sine wave USP is very good,.
the batteries can fail in 1year to 5 years.
less if overloaded, and power lost vast time, (mains)
do you know how to load test any AGM battery, using a load tester.
all USP techs do, for sure any shop that lists those as supported
why ask fixya how to fix UPS< and then get in to danger.
the voltages in side are huge, and if you short the battery out boom flying red hot metal to face or acid blowing out of cracks on a battery, SAFETY FIRST DUDE,
