You probably have a bad light switch. Could maybe be the bulb but with the flickering after you turn the switch off, the switch it is intermetinaly (sp) giving it power.

A wire could have gotten disconnected if it was roughly handled. Or the motor could have burnt out.

Hi, In theory yes, you should be able to move the hands of a clock to change it's time, but please seek out any knobs or dials on the side of the clock that allow you to twist them and alter the time of your clock as well. Thank you.

Hi, please check for knobs on the side of the clock and treat it like a watch. You can pull out the knob and then rotate it until you set the time that you want. If that fails, please check the back of your clock for buttons to update the time. Thank you.
