I think there issnt any support for these headphone on a win7 or lower OS. I mailed Polaroid asking for help, but there aren't support for older windows.. mine is working fine on my windows10 laptop, but on my windows 7 workstation, I cant get it working either.. It shows up as a "Bluetooth Peripheral Device" but there aren't drivers available for it.

Does it do the same thing with all media types. Is the disk(s ) you have compatible with the dvd drive itself? i.e. there is dvd r dvdr+ dvd r- dvd rw dvd dl etc

Depends on the size of battery and extent it has to be recharged along with the charge rate of charger. As a rule of thumb a slow charge is always kinder to the battery than a quick charge. Check your manual.
