My Plantronics blue tooth headset has a solid purple light. Can't get it to do anything at all . Any ideas on what to do ? It was working great this morning. I took it off and when I put it back on "purple light"

Cant listen to music on my 975
The Plantronics Discovery 975 Bluetooth headset does not supports Advanced Audio Distribution (A2DP) and you need this Bluetooth profile to be able to stream music between two Bluetooth devices. The device you are streaming music from (example: cell phone) to the headset must also support Advanced Audio Distribution (A2DP).Good luck from Headsets Direct!
