Check to make sure that the "remote turn on" lead is intact. They are usually blue wires.This wire provided a turn on voltage to fire up the amp once the head unit is turned on.

Stop messing with it and return it for a new one that works, or return to man. under warranty. You cannot fix it.

Hola buen dia, mira tengo un stereo con pantalla marca planet audio, modelo P9762T. El probleme es que no funciona el touch y el control igual se descompuso, y no encuentro ni el control ni kien me lo arregle del toach, ayuda x favor saben kien lo puede arreglar y en cuanto saldria o ya de minimo el control. Kegan... I tried and tried to find schematics and/or a troubleshooting guide with no luck! Sorry about that... IF you can open it up, see if you find fried or destroyed parts? Look CAREFULLY for a blown fuse but know they come in MANY configurations now! IF POSSIBLE, inspect the printed circuit board for any BURNT or open foil paths? If all else fails ~ send it back to the factory for repairs. You should also receive the latest UPGRADES too and hopefully at least a 30 day warranty?

Rcas possibly or finals went out in amp

Sounds like there could be a shorted wire possibly power but what sounds like happened is the unit grounded out and blew the cigarette lighter fuse. Check fuse box for blown fuse, if this is the case I would suggest pulling radio out and having the wire harness for the radio professionally connected and inspect all connections
