I had the exact same thing happen to me today. It worked perfectly on Saturday and then today it was totally broken. I just placed a call to the Phillips customer service number---1-800-243-3050---and when I described my problem they told me they would ship me a new handle along with a return shipping label to send back the defective handle. My razor was only about 7 months old.

Hi, I've just fixed mine (accidentally). I took it to the repair shop and before I went there I'd left it in the car for a while with sub zero temperatures. The cold did its part on the switch which has some magnet or metal on the inside and it let go - it ain't stuck any more and it functions normally. Just PUT YOUR PHILLIPS IN THE FREEZER FOR 30 MIN and that should fix it. If you need more info e mail me on [email protected] .
