Took apart my machine last spring to clean after school fundraiser and storing. Pulled it out for fall carnival and plugged it in but the motor doesn't come on? Any ideas?

does it turn by hand when its off ? Sugar may have gotten into the motor shaft bearing and it tightened up . did you get it wet when you cleaned it ? that may have helped it sneak in there .

I have a Paragon water heater timer model # 4004-20 can't activate please help!

As a plumber, I would say you are better of getting rid of the timer. You aren't saving yourself much money at all using it, we're talking $50 a year at most. They usually wind up causing more trouble than they are worth.

Paragon 8141-00 defrost timer wont turn.

One of my first questions is has it worked at all.? If not, probably the wiring is backwards. They generally are good timers. If it has, you may have the power leg to it tripped. Turn off both legs and then back on. This should take care of it. Next , probably the motor. Get a whole new timer. Not worth the savings and effort to fool with it.

Paragon model 8141-00 defrost timer wont turn.

Is this a used timer? 8141-00 is 120 volt timer. Is your 120 volt Hot wire on terminal 3 and Neutral on terminal X? Test across 3 and x for 120 volt. http://waterheatertimer.org/Paragon-timers-and-manuals.html#defrost Don't buy used defrost timers... they always look good when you inspect, but never work when connected... that's why the timer was taken out of service and sold as used timer. Save the old trippers for use on new timer. Gene Water Heater Timers Save Money If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/gene_9f0ef4df2f9897e7
