Panasonic cordless phones breaking up during calls
You are too far away from the base station to the phone you are using, or the aerial on the base station isn't extended up, (if it has one). Experiment! Make a call standing next to the base station.
2 of my panasonic kx-tg6541 phones do not work, no ring, no tone, no speaker.
You may have exceeded the REN value of the number of phone on your phone line. Try this
Unplug all phones, from main and the cradle, remove all handset batteries.
The one that is hard wired to the phone jack. plug in the mains, plug in the base to telephone jack. Put the batteries in the hand set and verify it works.
Now go to each extension one by one, plug those in and adding the handset batteries and verfiying each one works. You may get to a stage where the last one doesn't work.

Do you remember the password used to enable the Dial Lock? If someone else enabled the lock, you may need to consult the prior user. The steps to disable the lock: with the phone system in standby mode (no calls in or out), press Menu on the handset. Use the Up/Down arrows to reach the line labeled "Dial Lock". Press Select (the right soft key below the LCD screen). Enter the four digit password and press Save (the right soft key, again). (If the handset beeps 3 times and displays "Save error". the wrong password was entered.) If you get past the password section, press the right soft key again to disable the Dial Lock. See pages 54-55 of the manual,
http://panasonic.ae/en/manuals/KX-TG2361.pdf , for information on the Dial Lock feature.
I hope this helps.

(If a password of more than 4 digits was entered, only the last four digits are stored by the telephone.)
How do I get my older Panasonic hand set phone to ring on an incoming call?
The KX-TGA401C handset works with the KX-TG401x, KX-TG403X and KX-TG651x phone systems among others. If you have the appropriate base, see the suggestions below.
Does your handset read Ringer Off? Try setting the ringer volume. With the phone system in standby (no calls in or out for any handset), press Menu. Navigate using the Up/Down arrows to Initial Settings. Press Menu/OK. Navigate to Ringer Settings and press OK. Press OK again to enter the Ringer Volume sub-menu. Use the Up/Down arrows to set the ringer volume and press OK to save. Press Off to exit the menu system.
The other possibility is that the handset is not registered to the base. Note: only 6 handsets can be registered to the base. If you previously registered 6 handsets, you need to deregister some of them.
To register the handset, hold the handset near the base since you will need to press buttons on both. Press Menu on the handset and navigate to and enter Initial Settings. Navigate to Registration and press OK. Navigate to HS Registration and press OK. On the base, press and hold the Locator button for 5 seconds and the registration tone sounds. Press OK on the handset you are trying to register. If all the registered handsets start ringing, you triggered the Locate handset function. Press the Locator button again. Then do the press and hold step again. Only press OK on the handset when you hear the registration tone.

(You can't register a handset to an incompatible base. The communication protocols don't work.)
Panasonic land phone KXTG4021 base stop recording incomming mesaagesPerson calls and the phone does not stop ringing and does not allow caller to leave a message
Has the answering system been turned off? Check the base, there is an Answer On button with a LED indicator. If the light is off, press the Answer On button. From the handset when the phone is in Standby, press Menu/OK and navigate to Answering Device using the Up/Down arrows. Press Menu/OK to enter the Answering Device menu. Use the arrows to go to the Answer On and press Menu/OK. Then press Off to exit the menu system. If you are calling into the phone, you can turn on the answering system. Let the phone ring 15 times followed by a long beep, then enter your remote code within 10 seconds. Either hang up or do any remote operations. Note: pressing 0 will turn off the answering system.
When you set up the ring count, the maximum rings before the system picks up is 7. In Toll Saver, the phone rings twice if there are new messages and 5 times otherwise before you hear the greeting. Even when the recording space is full, your greeting or a pre-recorded "mailbox full" statement will play. (Note: some of these systems allow for a greeting to play without saving any messages. This is controlled by the "recording time" option.)
I hope this helps. See the manual for the KX-TG4021 on the support page:

How do I delete all blocked numbers on my Panasonic KX-TG5210?
I don't see anything about call blocking in the manual for the Panasonic KX-TG5210M. For most Panasonic phones with the feature to delete all blocked calls from the database, with the phone system in standby, press Menu # 2 1 7. Use the up/down arrows to highlight either block a single number or block a range of numbers. Press Menu. Use the arrow keys to highlight Erase All. Press the soft key for Select. Use the arrow keys to highlight Yes and press Select again. Repeat this for the other section of the call block list. Press Off when done. See
http://eng-ca.faq.panasonic.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/26549 for more information on this procedure.
I hope this helps.
