In the manual it will tell you how to reset the drum counter on Page 190 (DP-C265 manual). Reset all the different counters and that will likely clear the problem. A lot of sites want you to buy new drums at $170 a crack. I have reset mine 3 times already and still have perfect printing over 100,000 copies later.

This indicates that you are trying to print a document that is letter size not standard A4 etc.

How do I clear machine error code E04-01 on a Panasonic DP-3030 photocopier?

change any one of the IP adress to one group..i.e.,change 192.168.2.20(address of Printer) to 192.168.1 to 99 or the the other way round..that would solve your problem...

there is probably black dust (waste) clogging the overflow hole. use a vacuum hose to clean the dust where the waste toner unit fits into the copier.

The printer is obviously good but the scanning software used for making copies must have an issue. Did you check the scanning bulb for proper operation? If bulb is good then the issue lies with the scanning section of the machine,.

oh my go to printer properties, right click, go to page set up change the settings hit APPLY BAM there ya go
