this model should already be supported in windows 7 if you have some funtionality loss you may want to try using vista drivers make sure you get vista 64bit if Windows 7 64bit and 32bit if windows 7 32bit

While powering on press and hold the green button start for 30 to 40 seconds
It will print a self test page after clearing the memory.

I already answered this at some other place her - but here I go again: There is a little special (white) gear on the outer left side of the drumkit - a little bit below where the toner sits. That gear joins with toner mixing assy - and you can rotate it in counterclockwise all the way back. This should reset the drum counter - worked for me - I hope it also does the trick for you ;-)
