FORMATTING A NEW DISC FOR A PANASONIC VDR-D50 DVD

Hello Dear lofbersj

#1
Insert your ( memory card , flash disk , cellphone , .... ) into your computer.
#2
Open up 'My Computer'. You should see it under the list of available drives.
#3
Check its contents first to make sure that you have the right drive.
#4
In 'My Computer', right-click on the drive and choose 'Format'.
#5
Leave all the options as they are and click on 'Start'. This is a non-reversible process so make sure this is what you truly wanted to do in the first place.
#6
Once the process is completed, take the memory card out and insert it into your Digital Camera or any other device. Try to browse to it to make sure it works fine now.

My panasonic VDR D210 does

Hi Asmahesh2003,

The possible reason why your camcorder is not working is due to theVoltage outage.
The voltage required for Laptop is much more than required for the camcorder to operate. So, when your Nephew connected the adapter to camcorder, Voltage supplied was much more than required which has destroyed some internal part of the camcorder.

Thanks for using Fixya.
Good luck and have a nice day.

NTSC to PAL

I am under the impression that your computer has a PAL video capture card. Being a laptop, it is probably built in to the mother board.

What your computer requires is an NTSC video capture card that can also handle audio as like the PAL one that is in the computer.

I would suggest you go out and get a USB type NTSC video/audio capture card. After loading the drivers and software for the new card, it should be able to accomplish your task.

VDRM-70. Ineed the original software(driver)for

Hi!

As for MOST cameras/camcorders today, no special drivers are needed. Windows native drivers will do the job.

I guess what you're looking for is a video editing software.
If that's so, please specify the name of the actual software you need, or maybe I could recommend on some good replacements, that will meet your requirements...

Waiting for your reply,
Pelu.
