how do i reset this on the remote as i dont have my manual anymore,could u put me thru pls

If your tablet is still under warranty you need to go to their web site. Go to tech support and start a repair ticket. Submit it and they will respond very quickly. They sent me a different type charger which unfortuneately did not take care of my problem. I sent D2 a reply and within minutes they sent me an email with instructions to return the tablet for a replacement. They are very good and stand by their product.

Often the fan will cycle on and off on the heat mode. A cold air prevention mode is often built into modern Ac units whereby the indoor fan wont turn on until the internal system pressure is up to a certain point and heat is available to pump into the room. If the system cant come up to pressure or temperature then possibly the system is low on gas. Place your hand on the large pipe leaving the outdoor unit, it should be HOT when the system is on heating mode and running. If not Hot, then it is low on gas.

If unit displays "e4"

1? Check whether the winding resistance and
operation current of the compressor are normal.
2?Check whether the high and low pressure is normal
when the unit is running.
3?Check (whether the coil pipe sensor is normal)
whether the contact of the inserter on the circuit
board is well, the coil pipe temperature sensor is
fixed, the evaporation of the indoor unit is well,
the key is to check the evaporator temperature
detected by the coil pipe temperature sensor has
reached the cooling or heating temperature.
4?Check whether the surface of the condenser is too
dirty, it should be cleaned when it is too dirty.
5?Check whether the capacitance of the outdoor motor
and the fan is damaged, it should be replaced when
it is damaged.
6?If the above items are normal, the electric control
board should be replaced.

you can only use a previous remote if it is a sky+ remote, original sky remotes will not work with the sky+ box. vice versa

your signal is down your box will probably be ok but you will find there is a problem with the main junction box
