Highly unlikely the are plugged..they are electricly activated along with the cylinder spark..the best us to get a code read on your car..if will show you exactly why they are not activating..as for the gas at the head..the fuel pump precharges them for a second or so before sending the spark message..so they are under pressure after you turn your key..to test this just turn your key without going to start and listen for the pump running a few seconds...if not it may be the pump..good luck..

By the time you where done with that one, you would be better off getting a new or used, digital meter. You would have to just about rebuild it.
