Orion 2100 hcca
I have a few photos of the 2100hcca. Where are the burned resistors on the board?
Battery
Hi Prue84,
Check to see if your Brake light switch is stuck. When you get out of the car, go to back and look to see if any lights are on. This will kill your battery in a few hours. The Orion Xtr12 has nothing to do with killing a Battery.

Orion 275g4 Hcca amp
this actually could be your amp...try turning the gain down slowly and you will hear the bumping either stop or become morelike music background thanmusic foregroud. i had this problem with an older amplifier and i fixed it by getting a larder power/ground wire size and decreasing the gain a little.
Subwoofers
» sealed box volume: 0.7-1.80 cubic feet
» ported box volume: 1.79 cubic feet
Hope this helps:)

Orion XTR Pro 1000 amp ticking
the amplifier output transistor or ic may be damage, its the relay may be thats ticking, or if not the output going to the speaker may be shorted or overloaded with low impedance, you may remove some speaker and try again.
Wiring for 2500d orion amp
ground wires(heavy black)is connected when the red light lit.so no need check the red hot wire
which is connected to battery terminal maybe loose.or theres no power comming in.thre are 2 hotwire in that amp one is red which is the main and yellow or sometimes orange which is the remote on.
now if you sure that the power terminals is properly connected,ur speakers is working and input wires are good and still no sound.
your amp is probably gone...do not try experimenting the wires or hook up two amp by any means..u might destroy all ur amp.
hope this help u....
Orion XTR8MB
I couldn't find much; Orion is under different ownership than when the Extreme series woofers were manufactured. However, I found some T/S parameters embedded in the WinISD program; this will at least help you (or a shop) design a box for them.
Impedance: 4 ohm
Qts: .21
Vas: 11.3 liters or .399 cubic feet
Fs: 68.5 Hz
Xmax: .002 m
Sensitivity: 97.3dB
Power handling: 200 watts

Amp makes subs pop
It sounds like your amp chip has gone bad, here is some thing you can try turn on your unit then start tapping on top of with your finger not hard see if the any of the pops matches your finger taps some times when the chip starts to go out it well act like that.
How to fix a popping sound
This problem could be a normal thing in the amp, or there could be a problem in the muting circuit. I would contact the manufacturer to check with them , if theres any common issues with this amp. Also I've seen custom car amp installs where you hook up a speaker delay circuit that you can build from a few parts like a couple of capacitors a few resistors , a 555 timer IC and a relay with high current contacts. I have also seen these already factory nmade in good auto stereo shops. Good Luck
Schematics

Help with code radio for my nissan pp2787h
The radio code is a security feature that's meant to deter theft, and it's unique to each vehicle. If you've lost your code, you'll need to contact a Nissan dealership or service center and provide proof of ownership. They should be able to help you retrieve the code. Please do not attempt to use codes from the internet as incorrect attempts may lock your radio.
