Is it a new blender or one that has worked before? Sounds like something is restricting the blades or not quite assembling correctly. What kind of blender? Any chance you could post a picture so we can have a look at how it assembles?

Fuse has blown and i replaced it under the top

Did you check to see if the original fuse was a slow blow version.

If you replace it with a normal or fast blow the start current could pop it

Other problem could be a developing problem on the heaters which as causing the current draw to rise

For that your need a megger to check for resistance through the machine or a PAT test should show it up

I took my blender apart and can’t figure out how to get it back together. Where do the parts go on the the front part so it won’t leak?

The blades of my blender brand Grundig are no where to be found, this product is from China, is there a substitute I can replace it with?

Search and purchase a used identical model on Google, or Ebay.com, or Alibaba.com, even if broken otherwise, and remove the blades.

I have a blender/processor BFP 10CH. Have not used it in 3 years. Trying to find out if it's repairable being throwing it out. The motor whines but does not turn when turned on.

There no repair parts available, look on eBay for a used one

Are all blender rubber rings the same size?

I have no idea where you reside (in what country), so I cannot refer you to a bricks & mortar store or an online vendor to find the right replacement gasket.
