I got this free Pdf manual from an online store for free and I don't think Ive visited a mechanic or fixya for help for more than 3-4 times out of the all the times I fixed the chipper in these 4 years

Check the harness to the fuser. Ensure that the fuser screen and wiring are not touching the heating elements. This could be the Regulated Power Supply or the Spider Board. It might be a good idea and less expensive to get an authorized service representative to come take a look at it and verify which component it is.

Please verify the error code if this is a PlotWave 300. If this is a ColorWave 300, then the error is Present sensor 2 roll 2 does not open during retract. Check to see if the sensor is blocked or broken. at the input side of the lower roll.

These errors indicate registry errors or system files corruption. It could be due to virus or spywares leading to system file/registry corruption.

Extreme Toner Low ADC. If you filled up the toner and this still doesn't work, it could be a whole list of other smaller components that would require a whole lot of explanation and instruction to remove safely. Its best to call an authorized Oce service technician to check this out.

Fuser Temperature Protection Circuit Failed. Turn off the printer completely. Power off in front, and turn off main power at right, rear, bottom and unplug from the wall. Open up the fuser and take off the right hand cover. This is High Voltage. If you are uncomfortable with risking your health, do not proceed further. You will see 4 connectors (black, usually but with red insulators) that plug into the right hand side of the fuser. Unplug them and check the connectors as well as test if they are seated correctly. Ensure the red insulating jackets are pushed toward the connectors. IF everything looks OK, and the printer still exhibits this error code you will have to call an authorized Oce service technician.

This model is no longer supported and you would be hard pressed to find any parts for this. However, you may still call an authorized Oce service provider that may give you some help on this, if you explain the problem more clearly. I'm not certain what you are saying. Is it the control board or the control panel that isn't on?

CAN bus subnode reset detected.

There are several models of PlotWave. Please be specific.

Knife too fast to the right hand side. Open the drawer and see if you can pick out paper strips with long thin pair of tweezers. Careful not to damage the knife drive belt. or the sensors on either side.

No service manual, but go to downloads.oce.com and see what you can find there.

08004 NTC 4 is broken 22506 Controller - Printer interface error

Call your authorized Oce technician. With the information given it could be any number of things wrong.

It would be a big help if you posted the model number.

The middle NTC in the fuser is broken. These are ceramic thermistors and extremely fragile. Only replace if you know what you are doing. Otherwise call your Oce technician.
