Your paper switch may have failed. Look at the back of the machine. The thing under all those crescent shaped paper guides is called the Integrated Receiving Tray Paper Switch. If it is hanging off the system on one side ensure it is properly locked on the system by pushing it in. Under the paper switch on the left side (right side of printer) is a little box secured by a 7mm hexagonal head screw. Take the box off and see if the connector from the paper switch to the back of the machine is seated properly. If it is, it may be a failure in the paper switch itself. If so, please call an Authorized Oce Service Representative.
I'm assuming you filled the toner. Hopefully you only put one bottle in and it isn't overfilled, where you could have even more problems. If shutting the machine off and turning it back on again doesn't get the system to start conditioning, there may be a problem with the toner hopper. Please call an Authorized Oce Service Representative.
I'm assuming you mean it prints blank sheets.
There could be a problem with the High Voltage Power Supply, or a short to ground in the transfer assembly.
Generally these parts are not available online. Call an authorized Oce service technician and they can get it running quickly.
The safety relays are on which may mean there is a problem with the fuser. Turn the machine off and unplug from wall. Take off the right side top cover and look to the back. There are 4 wires that go to the fuser that have orange protectors on them. Remove the connectors but ensure you know exactly which way they go back. Check for corrosion or any bad connection.
If that doesn't have a problem it may be the corona wires. For those, I would recommend that you call an authorized Oce Service technician.

4.open that cover look down that area got 1 big spider board.make sure all their connector usb port are plug in properties and in correct location.
5. check the big board should be got 3 LED green light stable on if no use machine.no got red LED on.
6.check that small board are properties install in good position in big board location.
7.check that small board must go 1 LED green light always falshing or stable,if got Red LED light on means this board faulty need replace new unit.

Power off the system completely and unplug it from the wall. Ensure the USB cable from the controller to the printer processor board (Spider board)are connected properly. Reseat the Spider core.
Plug in and restart the computer.
If the problem persists the Spider board may be faulty. Ensure that the system is at the latest supported level.
Reset non-volatile RAM. This can only be done by an authorized service technician. Replacement of the CPU i/o PBA is next, and that also has to be done by an Oce technician.
The error code is a developer pollution error. In your case, I would recommend a complete cleaning, drum replacement, cleaning blade replacement along with developer powder.
Sounds like an NTC in the heater is gone. The NTCs are ceramic and are extremely easy to break. I would suggest you get an authorized service technician to replace it. This might also be the entire fuser assembly.
The roll holders sit on 4 white wheels. The back left wheel is the brake. It is not supposed to rotate, but just supposed to support the roll. The right back roller is supposed to rotate. It drives a encoder. If the encoder does not turn smoothly it will give out of paper errors.
12504 is an upper knife error. Remove the top roll drawer front cover and see if the knife belt (green) is still in one piece. Remove paper from knife area and check sensors at either end to see if they are solidly mounted.
This is an error with the upper knife assembly. Take of the upper cover on the roll drawer. There is a round green belt that drives the circular cutter left and right. Ensure that is not broken. Remove any paper shards from the knife area and see if the 2 sensors on each side of the extents of travel on the knife are still solidly mounted. Ensure there are tires (o-rings x 7) on the cutter assembly.
