You need to connect your O2 with the internet and then Go to Settings and then select the option called Data Sharing. And select the method for data sharing whether USB or Bluetooth.
And there you go you will be able to access internet on your pc.

The video control IC might have gone due to short circuit. So you take to the appropriate service station to get it fixed.

More than likely, the small ribbon cable that goes between the touch matrix and the connector on the mainboard is damaged. Ether the ribbon cable, or the connector(s) itself.

Hi.

Here is a link to a pdf format user guide for your handset. It should help you out. :)
You will need a pdf viewer to read it obviously like Adobe acrobat.
But the 02 Orbit or HTC orbit as that is who makes it is a windows based handset so should be able to sync with a windows PC fairly simply. You will need Windows Mobile Device Centre that you can download from the Microsoft website. >>>HERE<<<

Any way here is your link... >>>HERE<<<

Hopefully you should be up and running in no time. :)

Tap on 'Start (the Windows logo) > Settings' (it is represented by a gray gear in front of an yellow folder. It should be the second item, from the bottom to the top, the closest one to the question mark, which stands for Help). Tap the second tab (standing for 'System') and search for an icon representing the Earth (standing for 'Regional Settings'). Tap over it and choose the language that better suits your needs, in the dropdown menu. Tap OK to save and quit.
This procedure won't change the entire ROM to the language you want, of course, but will allow you to better understand what is going on with your device.

Regards,
Carlos
